Booking Tickets >>> important information >>> THEATRESIGN does not sell tickets for signed performances and full booking details and prices are given alongside each show on our West End and Regional pages. As Theatre box offices can often be very busy we recommend applying by fax or e-mail wherever possible, as this can avoid potential delays in being placed “on hold” during Typetalk calls.

Special price tickets for signed performances are usually only obtainable from the Theatres' own Box Office.

As a rule, Theatre box offices are open between the hours of 10am and 6pm Monday to Saturday.  Outside these hours, calls are often routed to Ticketmaster an agency which acts on the Theatre’s behalf.  There have been cases of people diverted to Ticketmaster who have found themselves unable to book for a signed performance.  With a few exceptions like Chicago and We Will Rock You in the West End, Ticketmaster does not sell tickets for signed performances for the simple reason that discounted prices can only be offered by the Theatre’s own box office.

Patrons are therefore advised to book tickets between 10am-8pm Monday to Saturday or use fax or e-mail booking where available.
